 Complaint must be lodged:

 If your phone is stolen, you will need to go to the police station and register your MOTO. However, this time a report of phone theft can also be posted online. After registering the complaint, take a copy of the MOTO and the appeal number.

 For this, you should first visit the website 

https://ceir.gov.in/Home/index.jsp.

 Sign in to this website. Then sign in. After 

this you will see three options. One of these 

options would be Block Stolen / Lost Mobile. Click on it.

 After that a new page will be opened. Here you must enter some of your details which will include information such as mobile phone number, IMEI number, FIRO and a copy of the mobile phone bill.

 This will then include the name of the place where your phone is lost, the region, the country, the police station, the MOTI number 

and the date on which the phone was lost.
 You must now enter your name and address. Then load the Aadhar card. After this tap Send.

 Once the complaint is filed, your stolen phone will start. Your phone will be tracked.
 You will be notified whenever any information is found about your lost phone
