Last month also a strange incident happened

Let us tell you that in a strange incident last month too, after the groom mysteriously disappeared from the wedding venue in Kanpur, the bride married one of the baraatis.  The incident took place in Maharajpur area.  According to reports, the jaimala (exchange of garlands) ceremony had taken place and both the families were preparing for the main wedding ceremony when the groom suddenly disappeared.  Both the families started looking for the groom and the bride was terrified by the turn of events.

After searching for some time, the family members of the bride came to know that the groom did not just disappear but had deliberately fled from the spot and the reason was well known to him.  Seeing the bride's family upset, a guest on the groom's side suggested that the marriage should be done with another eligible boy who attended the procession.  The bride's family chose one of the boys who attended the procession and the respective families after consultation agreed to complete the ceremony of alliance.  The marriage took place at the same venue.
